Delivered by a team of professionals, directors, screenwriters, editors, sound engineers.
Each assignment is covered by a quote or proposal defining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and specific conditions. Any request beyond the initial scope may result in an additional estimate.
A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation to secure resources and start production. The balance is due upon delivery of the deliverables, unless a specific schedule is stated in the quote.
Timelines begin once the deposit, required materials, and client approvals have been received. Feedback must be consolidated by the client at each stage to avoid schedule slippage.
Usage rights for the final deliverables are transferred after full payment of all sums due, within the framework defined in the quote. Methods, unused concepts, raw footage, and production tools remain the property of Markinema unless stated otherwise.
If the client cancels or suspends the project, work already completed, committed days, and commissioned external costs remain due. Any restart of the project will be scheduled again based on availability.
